The online process was easy to follow and the claim paid out quickly. I put a claim in generally twice a year. I use the online form and find it easy to use. Everything goes smoothly so I have not needed to make any further contact beyond the normal process.

 Although I don't have a big policy, the everyday help with things like glasses is great. Ordinary doctors bills can become quite expensive if you or spouse have a run of poor health and getting some costs back os really helpful. The quick turn around for claims is appreciated too.
